HOW TO USE
- Preparation: Wipe the Butterfly Gua Sha with water or alcohol to ensure it is clean and hygienic. It's recommended to wash your face or body with warm water beforehand to remove any dirt and leave the skin thoroughly clean.
- Boost Smoothness: Before starting facial Gua Sha, apply a few drops of facial oil or face cream. This not only helps the tool glide smoothly but also nourishes and protects your skin.
- Gua Sha Process: Gently use the Gua Sha along facial contours and meridian lines, adjusting technique and pressure to your preference. For the face, use a lighter touch, moving from the inside out and from bottom to top. For body use, apply more pressure as needed, focusing on acupoints or meridian lines.
- Aftercare: Once finished, rinse your skin with warm water to remove any excess oils or impurities. Pat dry with a clean towel to prevent pore blockage. Finish with a moisturizing or soothing product to calm and rehydrate the skin.
Note: Avoid excessive force to prevent skin irritation or damage, and avoid prolonged scraping in one area to prevent redness or discomfort.
