如果您需要取消訂單，請盡快發送電子郵件至 wecare@pretti5.com 或 WhatsApp CS 54884828 並提供您訂單編號。 我們將盡力處理，但我們並不能保證能否取消。很遺憾，一經發貨的訂單將無法取消或修改。
3. 當收到的Botanic Pretti5產品缺少/不正確/損壞時，我該怎麼辦？
親愛的，我們很抱歉聽到這個消息！ 如果您收到的Botanic Pretti5產品與您訂購的不符或有損壞，請立即電郵至wecare@pretti5.com 或 WhatsApp CS 54884828 與我們聯絡並附上裝箱單和不符或有損壞產品的照片。
請提供以下信息以確認我們的換貨服務：
- 訂單編號
- 退貨項目
- 退貨原因
備註：
- 退貨運費均由客戶承擔，並請客戶確保運輸安全無誤。
- 所有已繳納的運費均無法退還。
- 我們不接受國際訂單退貨或換貨。
- 我們不對於下單時填寫錯誤送貨地址承擔責任。
- 我們不對於包裹丟失或被盜、海關所需的稅費承擔責任，也無法再次發送包裹。
- 以下情況將不符合退貨/換貨條件：
- 貨品購買期已超過七天
- 貨品已經開封及使用
- 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應
- 具有但不限於氣味，香煙，香水，包裝上有污漬
- 故意損壞的物品，包括但不限於包裝損壞，洗滌損壞，即使在抵達時有缺陷
- 在我們的官方網站www.pretti5.com上沒有購買記錄的商品
- 沒有預先通知我們的客戶服務團隊關於退貨或換貨要求，或已經被我們的客戶服務團隊拒絕退貨或換貨要求的均不受理
