PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB is our loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your skincare journey with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you engage with Botanic Pretti5, such as making a purchase, birthday and referring us to your friends =)

03. How do I earn the points?

PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB Points calculation applies to all orders.

When you shop at Pretti5:


• Crystal Pink: Register to become a member and enjoy 100 points (points will be deposited into your account immediately). After becoming a member, you can enjoy 10% off on your first order and earn 1 point for every HK$5 spent (based on the actual checkout amount after deducting various discounts), including delivery charges. Points will be credited to the account once the item is ready for shipping.


• Shiny Sliver: Earn 1 point for every HK$4 spent (based on the actual checkout amount after deducting various discounts), including delivery charges. Points will be credited to the account once the item is ready for shipping.


• Rose Gold: Earn 1 point for every HK$3 spent (based on the actual checkout amount after deducting various discounts), including delivery charges. Points will be credited to the account once the item is ready for shipping.


• Pink Diamond: Earn 1 point for every HK$2 spent (based on the actual checkout amount after deducting various discounts), including delivery charges. Points will be credited to the account once the item is ready for shipping.

04. How to log in to "PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB" and check records?

You can log in via the minifigure icon in the upper right corner of Pretti5 website or through「PRETTI5 REWARDS」section page. Use your registered email and password to log in.

By pressing the "PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB" button, the page will display the details of the Pretti5 rewards.

You can check the points earned, redeem points, check redemption records and coupon codes inside your membership account.

05. How to redeem rewards? Can I redeem more than one reward on the same order?

After earning designated points, you can redeem different rewards in「Get rewards」on the「Use Points and Get Rewards」page in your membership account. Our company's free product redemptions are carried out with designated discount codes. Up to 5 discount codes can be used per order. After completing the redemption, points will be deducted from the account.


• Redeem products: Members can use their points to redeem Pretti5 product discount codes for corresponding points. If you want to redeem a product, please select the product you want to redeem in「Get rewards」and add it to the shopping cart. The quantity of the goods is limited and while supplies last.


• Redeem discount/coupon code: Members can use their points to redeem Pretti5 discount codes for corresponding points. If you want to redeem a discount, please select the discount coupon you want to redeem in「Get rewards」and enter the discount code during checkout. The system will automatically adjust the price of the product.


*If there are any changes to the redemption rewards, Pretti5 reserves the right to make the final decision.


06. How can I upgrade my membership level?

PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB members who accumulate a designated amount of consumption within one year can upgrade their membership to enjoy more benefits:


• Any consumption with 365 days can be upgraded to Shiny Sliver membership

• Upon cumulative spending of HK$6,500 with 365 days, you can be upgraded to Rose Gold membership

• Upon accumulated spending of HK$12,000 or more within 365 days, you can be upgraded to Pink Diamond membership

07. Does tier status expire or be downgraded?

Your Pink Diamond and Rose Gold status will be downgraded if you do not hit and maintain the requested accumulated (spending of HK$12,000 for Pink Diamond, HK$6,500 for Rose Gold and any spending for Shiny Silver) over a 12-months period, from the date the status becomes valid.


Your Crystal Pink status will never expire.


Example:

- If you hit Pink Diamond on Aug 10, 2024, you’re locked into Pink Diamond status until Aug 9, 2025.

- If you wish to maintain Pink Diamond status after Aug 10, 2025, you’ll need to accumulate your spending of HK$12,000 over a 12-month period i.e. within Aug 10, 2024 to Aug 9, 2025.

- Your Pink Diamond status will be downgraded to Rose Gold if you do not maintain the accumulated spending of HK$12,000 over a 12-month period i.e. within Aug 10, 2024 to Aug 9, 2025.

08. What to do with old Pretti5 Membership Rewards points?

Your old Pretti5 Membership Rewards points will be automatically transferred to the new "PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB" account on 16th May 2024, and 1 old point is equal to 1 new point.

09. Can I use a cash coupon and redeem free products on the same order?

Our company's free product redemptions are carried out with designated discount codes. Maximum 5 discount codes can be used per order. Therefore, member can have more than one discount code, and use up to 5 discount codes. For example, you can redeem free products first and then redeem the discount/coupon code as well. 

10. Can I enjoy free shipping when using discount/coupon code or redeeming free products or any other discount codes?

When "free shipping" is one of your redeeming reward, you can redeem it to enjoy free shipping. Maximum 5 discount codes can be used per order. Therefore, you can select different redeem rewards, including free shipping, discount/cash coupons or free products, and use it at the same time during check-out. However, if you only redeem free products and their total value is less than HK$500, you will need to pay the shipping costs accordingly.


 (Friendly reminder: Pretti5 website provides automatic free shipping for Hong Kong and Macau orders of HK$500 or more after discounts throughout the year) 

11. Can I redeem free products when purchasing a bundle or discounted product?

Our company's free products are redeemed through designated discount codes. Customers are free to choose to redeem and enjoy free products in the same order. Only up to 5 discount codes can be entered for each order. 

12. How long is the redemption code/cash coupon valid for PRETTI5 COMMUNITY REWARDS CLUB?

Only up to 5 discount codes can be used at checkout per order. The redemption code/discount code/coupon code is valid for 30 days and will be invalid after the expiration date. Discount codes are not applicable to discounted products.

Different promotions will have different offers, please pay attention to the terms and conditions of each discount code.

13. What are Exclusive Surprise Privileges?

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Membership Rewards account balance.

15. How do I leave the Pretti5 Family Reward program?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave our Membership Rewards program, please email at wecare@pretti5.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your Rewards balance will be reset to zero.
