2. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at wecare@pretti5.com or WhatsApp CS at 54884828 as soon as possible and provide your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation of the order, however, this is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF BOTANIC PRETTI5 PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN THE MAIL DAMAGED, OR SOMETHING IS MISSING/INCORRECT WITH MY ORDER? 

So sorry to hear that! If your Botanic Pretti5 package arrives different from what you ordered or is damaged, please contact us immediately at wecare@pretti5.com or WhatsApp CS at 54884828. Please include photos of your packing slip and the incorrect/damaged product.
