2. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at wecare@pretti5.com or WhatsApp CS at 54884828 as soon as possible and provide your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation of the order, however, this is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF BOTANIC PRETTI5 PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN THE MAIL DAMAGED, OR SOMETHING IS MISSING/INCORRECT WITH MY ORDER?
So sorry to hear that! If your Botanic Pretti5 package arrives different from what you ordered or is damaged, please contact us immediately at wecare@pretti5.com or WhatsApp CS at 54884828. Please include photos of your packing slip and the incorrect/damaged product.
Please provide the following information for our confirmation of exchange:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for the return
NOTE:
- The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer and customers must ensure the safe and accurate transport of the items.
- All paid shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.
- We do not take responsibility for any mistyped delivery address when an order is placed.
- We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, duties and fees required by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.
- The following are not eligible for returns/exchange:
- Products purchased over seven days ago
- Products that have been opened or used
- Customers experiencing allergic reactions to purchased products
- Products having, but not limited to, the trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, any stains on packaging
- Products that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, damaged packaging, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
- Products that have no record of purchase on our official website www.pretti5.com.hk
- All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our Customer Service team will not be accepted
**Avoid product contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
In the unlikely event of irritations or allergic reactions, stop using and consult medical professionals immediately. However, Botanic Pretti5 is not responsible for any fee for the related medical treatment. We strongly recommend patch testing or consulting your doctor before applying our products.
