1. Anytime you feel anxious, depressed, or stressed and can use a quick pick-me-up or more grounding.
  2. Place the eye pillow in the microwave for 20-30 seconds on low heat, flip and repeat until warmed to desired heat. The eye pillow should be gently warmed, not hot. It will feel warmer on your eyes than it does in your hands.
  3. Place over your eyes or on your forehead when you lay down to sleep which can help you fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep throughout the night.
